Silent minipets? I thought this was actually a glitch, I'm hoping they'll bring it back...

However, make my little char shaman meow instead of roar and I'll be even happier xD

I like Gaile Gray's solution. Some like the sounds, some don't, and since a toggle is apparently impossible I think having no sound in the outposts and having sounds in the instances is a good way to go. It appears to be the only compromise we're gonna be able to get.
